  • Why does Bio-Mer charge the same price for delivery within New Zealand as it does around the world?
    This is because within New Zealand the sale price includes GST. It is true that the delivery cost per item is approx $3-$5 less within New Zealand however the GST component is also approx $3-$5 per item. Therefore for simplicity we keep the same price for delivery, independent of which part of the world you live.
  • Why can't I buy more than 3 months worth of a product in one order?
    In many countries the law requires that the importing of dietary supplements be for personal use only (unless you have an import license or pay excessive import duty tax), and regulates this by limiting individual orders to 3 months supply. Whilst it may be true that in a particular country this does not apply, Bio-Mer has chosen for simplicity to keep this rule irrespective of destination. You can of course purchase 3 months supply of all of our products in one delivery.
  • Why is Tripernol so much cheaper than all other competitor's products?
    This is because Bio-Mer is the mussel grower, oil extractor (manufacturer) and now marketer of the green lipped mussel oil extract, Tripernol. This has removed the stages of additional mark ups in the steps carried out by our competitors who outsource the parts of the process that they can't perform. Also, after 6 years of research and development Bio-Mer has a unique extraction process that not only captures the entire lipids as nature has created it, it is also very cost effective.
  • Can I buy Bio-Mer's products in health stores or supermarkets?
    No, currently we are only selling our products directly to customers via the Internet.
  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    Postage within New Zealand = 1-3 working days
    Postage to Australia = 3-6 working days
    Postage to the USA = 5-10 working days
    Postage to Asia = 5-8 working days
    Postage to the EU = 7-10 working days.
  • I'm a new customer and I've ordered 4 bottles of Tripernol Plus - if this is buy one get one free, why did I only receive one free bottle with my order?
    Our buy one, get one free offer on Tripernol Plus for new customers is limited to ONE free unit per order. Thus whether you order 1, 4, or 20 bottles (for example) of Tripernol Plus, you always receive ONE free bottle of Tripernol Plus.
  • Does my free product bonus count towards the three-item minimum for free shipping?
    No - you must have (at least) 3 purchased items in your order to qualify for free shipping.
  • My free item isn't listed in my order at checkout - am I not getting it?
    Free items do not appear in the shopping cart or checkout pages. We process your order manually, so if you qualify for a free item, we will simply add it to your shipment.
  • Why haven't I received confirmation of my order?
    We confirm ALL orders by email. If you find you have not received order confirmation from us, we suggest you check your junk or spam folders.
  • What are the conditions of your moneyback guarantee?
    It's really very simple - we're absolutely confident in the quality and effectiveness of our products. That's why if you're unsatisfied with our products for any reason whatsoever, we'll refund your money in full - no questions asked!
